If you are not entirely satisfied with your stock purchase, return them within 14 days of the date of despatch, and we will be happy to exchange for a different size or give a full refund. This does not affect any of your legal or statutory rights.

About Phoenix Footwear Company

Phoenix operate from Droitwich in Worcestershire, primarily serving the whole of the U.K. staff are always available to answer queries and resolve problems. We have over 30 years experience in the Supply and Fitting of wide and deep fitting footwear - serving people who have difficulty finding shoes to fit. We are always happy to help people resolve their special requirements not detailed within our product range. Email, phone or write for further help and advice.

Deliveries

We seek to ensure that despatch of orders take place within 7 working days from receipt of payment. Delivery for the UK is made by the Royal Mail, a signature may be required.

You will be advised of any delay in the order being despatched. We acknowledge the receipt of all orders, usually via. email - should an email address be available.

Shipping costs

All U.K. postage charges are incorporated into the shoes and slippers price. No charge is made for handling. Shipping to destinations other than the UK is charged at cost. All costs will be advised before the shoes and slippers are despatched.

Back Orders

All products and services are subject to availability. We stock all the items shown in the sizes shown. Any items with special requirements might incur some delays, we always seek to ensure that you are fully informed as to what these will be. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be informed and offered an alternative of accepting late delivery or a full refund.

Payment methods

Cheques and money orders should be made payable to Phoenix Footwear, payment will clear our account prior to goods being despatched. We do not currently accept credit cards.

Meeting Special Needs

Most of our shoes are sold as pairs / but odd feet can be supplied at extra cost. For split sized / width shoes please add 25% to the prices shown.

Larger and smaller sizes can be supplied of almost all the shoes shown - however as non-stock items they will often take us a little longer to supply, and sizes must be accurate, as returns for an incorrectly ordered size is not permitted.

All special requirements should be fully detailed, either within the text box at the base of the order form, or in correspondance, i.e. via. email, or writing. Please call at any time for help and advice.

Lost or Damaged Goods

In the unlikely event that your product is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us in writing. In the case of non-delivery, please wait for 15 days from the date of your order in case it has been delayed. In the case of damage please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and return the product to the usual address shown below. It would be appreciated if you could also let us know by e-mail, or telephone.

Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy, and will not divulge your details to anyone else.

When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail, delivery and invoice address. This allows us to process and fulfil your orders, and to notify you of your order status only.
